Do you know of any home remadies for my skin problem?

I ich allot. I have a goldish brown complexion, but these really dark over-tones on my chin, neck, back, thighs, And a big dark patch on my under-arms. I do not have boils, but every now and then, I break out pretty badly. I have Eczema. And maybe a form of psoriasis… Do you know of any natural or home remadies for my problem? It would be so nice to have an even complexion.
