I need to know what the is and what is the best one, from places like boots, UK. Thank you people.
There are loads to choose from. Go to Boots and get one that has SPF of at least 15 and check for the UVA star rating on the back – I like to get the ultimate 5 star.
The cheapest and award winning is the Boots own brand – Soltan – facial one – it’s less than a fiver and usually on a buy one get one free offer.

i have acne spots and now im using some medicine(scars removal cream) on it to remove those scars i want to ask that how long does this acne scar cream should remain on my spots like 1 hour 2 hour or 3,4 hour?
it depends on what kind of medicine it is. Is is like a bleach (hydroquinone) or some type of steroid? Anyway, if I were you, the cream should stay on the scar all day, so it softens it/lightens it. If its a bleach type of medication, apply directly on the acne scar, then wash your hands after. If the cream seems petroleum like, I would rub the cream on your scar gently for a minute or two.
