I Need to Get Rid of Acne Quick!! Around 3 days!!!

Im moving back to Virginia in 3 days and im going to see all my friends again. but im breaking out and i need something to make all my acne dissapear like magic! i dont care how its done, i just need my acne gone as soon as possible! i know ur never supposed to pop zits but by this point im about to scrape my whole face! this is what you call an emergency, if theres anyway to cure the acne overnight, please tell me i’ll do anything!

you buy aspirin in the pharmacy dissolve it in water until it turned into paste. put on you pimples after washing your face with facial cleanser that cointains salicylic acid or benzoyl….. set the aspirin for 5 mins… and wash your face again… after washing do not put moisturizer if you have oily skin… if you have filipino store there like seafood city, you need to try to buy eskinol clear with grains coz it works good for acne..
stop using powdre coz it maybe the cause of your breakout.

Pepto Bismol on your face? As an acne cure?

A coworker mine recommended I use Pepto Bismol on my face for my little break outs. She explained you use a small amount and apply with a cotton ball. I should have asked this before I did it, but now my face smells like those chalky valentine hearts and I’m a bit worried this might not be true, and could possibly lead to a rash. Do you know anything about this? If it does work, how long should I leave it on? Is overnight appropriate? Thanks so much.
EDIT: Actually I read a bunch of sites that said it does in fact work. If you read the label you’ll see a couple of ingredients used in most acne products. Also it was featured on the Ellen show.
