If you have moderate acne with frequent breakouts than Skin ID has worked wonders for several of my closest friends. I would just really reflect on what you wanted out of the product and answer the questions carefully before ordering.
If you have minimal to no acne or other skin problems then Clinique products are probably the best way to go, though I have limited experience with options 1/2. I would, however, recommend Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion for any skin type (gel formula tends to be a little over moisturizing/greasy).

Your skin needs to get back in balance. The regime I find useful is to wash my face with Purpose facial wash (it’s made by Johnson and Johnson) and to dry my face by dabbing. Next, you should put on some type of moisturizer made for the face. I’ve tried Cetaphil and other types, but my favorite is Oil of Olay. It sounds like you have sensitive skin, so I would go with the sentitive skin version (which has no perfumes). Put this on after washing your face and put it on daily.
