I am going for acupuncture tomorrow and I am considering being treated for one of the following. Is One of these better treated or easier treated by acupuncture? What can I expect or what will it be like?? And PLEASE spare me the “acupuncture is a rip and not real” talk, Im going to try it and see for myself. So which of these:

acupuncture can help with all those problems–i write books on chinese medicine.
however, have you had blood tests for thyroid disease? all those symptoms are also thyroid related.
can microdermabrasion sponges be used with proactiv?
i’m afraid if i use them together it’ll overload my skin and it’ll get really dry. what do you think?
they absolutely can be used together!! i have been using proactiv for years and since i have been using a microdermabrasion cloth 4 times a week i have much better results. my skin is much smoother and much more clear. use the entire proactive kit in the morning, and then use the cloth at night a few times a week, and always use tea tree oil on your face at night. i promise you’ll thank me!!

Should I get a microdermabrasion? is it worth the money?
So I have tan spots on my face, probably from being in the sun too much. I have a few acne scars and chicken pox scars as well. Also, on each cheek bone, just under the eyes, it’s kind of red which looks like i got punched in both eyes. Would it be worth it to get a microdermabrasion for these types of things? I heard it peels off a few layers of dead skin cells, so wouldn’t it decrease the depth of my acne scars? or lighten my sun spots? Or maybe reduce my pores, or oilyness of my skin?

baby girl, don’t focus on stuff like that. you probable look fine the way you are. don’t spend your money fixing something that doesn’t need to be fixed. God made us in his image and you should be happy with the way you are don’t listen to haters cuz they still gonna hate long after you do that micro thingy. jus leave it to God and everything will fall into place. trust me
