A lot of the time when baby acne appears it’s because they are being exposed to too much oil, (not enough baths etc. – in some cases little babies need at least two baths a day depending on geography) in this case if your child is over playing as kids do, they will share stuff and what not and if your niece’s hands are ever on your little guy/girl then it could spread and your todder could get baby acne too.
