dont touch your face or pimples!
sleep with clean pillow cases
and dont put irritating stuff on your skin
until then cover it up with good concealer and mineral foundation
mineral foundation is wayy better because its more natural and less irritating to the skin

For about 8 years my arms have been covered in thses small little bumps if I happen to scratch them, they turn red and sometimes leave scars. They don’t really itch or bother me. What is this?.. just a skin condition?.. I’ve asked my doctor about it and he had no clue as to what it could be.
It might just be a skin condition.. or something to do with your genetics and all that… I have that same problem.. it doesn’t bother me, so i don’t think you should worry.. probobly just a minor non-harmful sideffect of something.. hasn’t harmed me or you yet.. so it probobly wont.. don’t worry that much about it.

I’ve had this skin condition for about 6 years. It’s more “active” when I get sweaty. I make sure to wash my arms with a gentle cleanser, and I don’t use exfoliates because I know they can cause a bad reaction in KP. I’ve tried all sort of lotions, including Eucerin and DermaDoctor, but nothing has helped. Does anyone have a suggestion to help with this?

with an all natural oil (the best I have found is made by Vaseline)
