I have acne on my back and I have some scars from it. It’s a genetic thing. My mom has scars on her back too. Bio Oil is pretty good, but is quit expensive. It works for some people but not all as it can make your back more oily, leading to more acne, but it may lighten the acne marks on your back. However, I suggest using lemon juice on your back every night or after you shower. Lemon juice is a natural bleach and when mixed with sugar it removes dead skin cells and lightens darkened areas. Keep using lemon juice on your back until your scars become visibly lighter. I hope this helps!
