Salicylic/20 peel breaks down the protein bonds between the layers of skin, which is why a much quicker peel can be achieved.
For acne, the Salicylic acid has several properties that make it a very effective treatment for acne.

I always hear the constant don’t eat Sugars, FAts and oils. I want to be positive though, what DO you eat to help healthy skin and prevent acne.
Although many people say this is untrue, nothing that you eat causes acne. It’s all hormones. You should experiment with different treatments. It really depends how bad you breakout. If it’s minor and doesn’t really bother you, try over-the-counter medication (not too strong). If you get many pimples all over your face that don’t go away or keep coming back, however, you should set up an appointment with your dermatologist. In the meantime, be sure to wash your face at least twice a day, and NEVER pick your pimples!
