What is the best targeted blemish remover or spot acne treatment you know of?

I need some ideas for a good spot acne treatment. I don’t have bad acne, just the occasional breakout. Something I could put on right before bed and remove in the morning would be great. I have pretty sensitive skin tho, so anything with alcohol might damage my skin.

I would also try a face mask made with lemon and yogurt. The yogurt reduces the sensitivity by creating a soothing effect and the lemon cleanses your skin.

has anyone used the “epiduo” acne treatment?

i was just perscribed this treatment today but im scared to use it because i read the reviews online saying that your acne gets worse before it gets better? for anyone who has used it is this true? and how long was it worse before it got better? im also taking acne medication called “lamecycline” what are your reviews on that too?
i just want my acne to get better!!! will these two acne treatments help!??

ive used epiduo for around 8 or 9 months i think. i would say that its worth it and that you should use it. For me, it did get worse before it got better and when it got worse it freaked me ouuttt! on the third night of using it my skin started to feel dry and after that for the next week my skin was super dry, red, and sensitive to EVERYTHING. I could barly touch my skin without irritating it and making it burn. So i started applying epiduo every 2 days for a week and that started helping my skin feel better. then i applied it every other day for a while, and then eventually every day. I never used moisturizer or anything, that would make my skin burn at first. Epiduo is a pretty strong product that is not something your skin is going to easilt take and get used to. even now i dont apply epiduo to my whole face every day or it gets dry. I apply it every day to my nose because my nose has never been dry, its is VERY oily! i apply it to my whole face evey other or every 2 days. From my experience i would definatly say to try epiduo, for more than a week or two. It made my skin verry smooth and clear. Once you start using it youll learn how it works with your skin and how often you need to apply it where. I basically only break out before periods. if you have epiduo, stick with it!
