Anyone ever use a Dermaroller (skin needling) to remove pit-like acne scars?

I have minor pit-like acne scars on my face and in no way can afford the expensive laser treatments offered by dermatologists. i always just purchased some vitamin e capsules and cut 1-2 open a night. i’d then squish the gel out and rub it on the scar. i usually washed it off in the morning if it hadn’t all blended into the skin. (p.s. – buying the capsules is much cheaper and you get more quantity)
