How to prevent wet eczema on dogs? Constantly re-occuring!?

I have a 7 year old Bernese Mountain Dog. Over the last couple of years he has been getting wet eczema which can re-occur every few months. We take him to the vet when he has a bout of it, where they shave the area and prescribe him with antibiotics, hibbiscrub etc, which clears it up after time. We also sometimes get his coat cropped quite short which seems to prevent it to a degree.

Do a research regarding the steroids that your dog is currently taking. Most of the time, any medications would always have a side effect and this might be the reason why your dog is having a repetitive eczema. I knew for a fact that there are some medications that were being prescribed to dogs were also being taken by human beings.

My dog have seasonal allergy and when he starts to itch and scratch we give him his medicine prescribed by the vet which is a steroid. The side effect was my dog gains weight and we have to watch his food intake as well.

How to remove acne scars on my face?

The pimples are few, but the scars are so evident on my face. I don’t know why it keeps on coming back. I’m so envious when I see people with clear face, and it makes my confidence low. What is the best way to remove this?

do this 2-3 times everyday:

1. wash. w/ a cleanser that has 2% acne med (either salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide). wet face, sqeeze some on, clean in circular motion, rise off, dry face. neutrogena is good. $6-8 @ target/walgreens

2. tone. just dab some of the toner onto cotton. wipe face w/ it. discard. neutrogena has a toner w/ 2% salicylic acid. $6-7 @ walgreens/target

3. moisturize. just pump some onto hand. dab all over face. there’s an oil free one for those w/ oily skin. $24 @ sephora/ulta

***CLEARSIL ULTRA’s acne cream (10% salicylic acid–strongest over the counter) $9-11 @ walgreens/ target. dab some on any bumps you see (they’ll turn into pimples later on)

____hear it from a fellow teen that has had acne for 4 yrs. and was once overweight, and still w/ teeth that needs braces. don’t let something like a zit get in the way of your having fun, or lower your self esteem!!! you don’t know how many ppl nation wide bash their bodies–i’m fat, i gained weight, it’s fat, i’m on a diet… it’s just all so ridiculous. what matters is that you enjoy yourself. it’s your attitude that helps you thorugh the rest of your life. it may be hard to believe, but there are bigger things out there you should be worried about rather then your weight, the best dress, makeup, and least of all your acne. all teens around the WORLD go through this. you aren’t alone. you never will be. so stop worrying about it, and get the stress off your mind.

it will go away sooner or later. just like chickenpox–everyone gets it. just a matter of when, and how bad. but it’s not permanet either. so get back out there, out of all those laser treatments, and such. have you not seen women who aren’t supposed to be in a bikini out on the beach? yea, well, being who they are didn’t stop them. they feel good about themselves. and they dont’ care what you’ve got to say to them. BE that person. should all teens worldwide just hide in our rooms until we pass puberty? should overweight women never see the beach again? and should you let acne control your life? is that what your life is about? lifetime goal: obsess over skin! yea! fun! cause there’s nothing more importnant then to look good! boo-hoo.

i let it hold me back for so long. and i’ve found a way to control it. don’t go thorugh all those years of pure misery. i was quite, shy, and unable to smile b/c i need braces but now, i can see all those years i’ve wasted. b/c frankly, there are ppl out there that over look acne and imperfections. yea, a miracle, right?

what i offer is not a miracle medicine. neither god, or buddha gave it do me, and it’s not from the spring of zit-free land. but what i hope to offer you is a solution that works for me+my sister, and a word of advice–what matters at the end of the day is how you feel about yourself. not what i tell you to do.

You’ve eaten a proper diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and avoided fried or greasy foods. You wash your face twice a day. You use the cream the nice lady at the pharmacy recommended. And yet you still have a giant ugly acne pimple right on the end of your nose. So what can you do?

First and foremost, don’t touch it. Not even a little bit. Don’t pick at it. Don’t squeeze it. Don’t pop it. Don’t pinch it. All you will do is make it bigger and redder and make it last longer. Squeezing forces the bacteria and other nasty stuff deeper into your skin and over the rest of your face. It can even leave a permanent mark.

For some immediate relief, hold an ice cube directly on the spot for one minute. No longer, you don’t need frostbite instead of a spot. Repeat the process 30 minutes later. After 2 or 3 treatments the redness and size will be much reduced.

Okay, only kidding but the supermarket will indeed have a product called appropriately enough concealer. Guys, you can use this as well, don’t be shy in asking for help. Get the closest match to your skin tone that you can. All it needs is the tiniest amount gently smoothed over the spot for complete coverage.
