If certain people you know never liked you before because you were overweight, or had acne, dress differently, have small breast, etc…but later you changed your appearance and became a hottie or a handsome hunk and then people all of a sudden started speaking to you and trying to become friends and hang out with you, would you want to then become friends with these people? I am not just talking about teenagers in this situation. I am talking about adults as well.
Of course not, but I wouldn’t send them away though. If people are seeking my company and are practically dying to get my attention, let them fight for it. Enjoy it as much as you can and have as much fun as you can.
However, don’t let these people get to you, do not trust them over anything and do not think of them as friends. They are just people around you who boost your self-confidence and have fun with you when you’re bored. They’re not friends, they’re people you know.
I wouldn’t scold them for what they did to me before, I’d befriend other people and make them all jealous for being jerks to me lol.
It’s very simple, don’t trust them, have fun with them… Just don’t be rude =)
